Return Policy

At Muso Coffee, we roast every batch with care and want every sip to ignite your creativity. While we stand by the quality of our products, we understand that sometimes a blend might not resonate with your taste buds. Here’s how we handle returns and exchanges with fairness, sustainability, and community in mind:


Coffee Products

Due to the nature of coffee beans and other food items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for coffee products. However, we’re committed to making it right:

  1. Donate & Refresh:

    • If a coffee blend isn’t to your taste, pay it forward! Donate the bag to a local shelter, community center, or someone who may enjoy it.

    • Email us at hi@themusocoffee.com with a photo of your donation receipt, and we’ll send you a 50% discount code toward a new bag that better suits your palate.

  2. Quality Issues:

    • If your coffee arrives damaged, stale, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly replace it at no cost or issue a full refund.

Eligible Returns (Non-Coffee Items)

Full refunds (minus shipping costs) are issued if items are returned unused, in original packaging, within 30 days of delivery.


Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email hi@themusocoffee.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos.

  2. Approval: Our Customer Support team will review the request and, if approved, will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return shipping label.

     

  3. Package: Securely pack the merchandise in its original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the package.

     

  4. Ship: Use the provided return shipping label and send the merchandise back within 7 calendar days of receiving the RMA number and label.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).


Our Coffee Donation Initiative

We believe coffee is a catalyst for connection. By donating your unopened bag, you’re helping us:

  • Support local food banks, shelters, community programs, or individuals in need.

  • Reduce waste and share the joy of craft coffee with those who need it.


Exceptions

  • Final sale items (e.g., clearance products) are non-refundable.

  • Personalized or custom-made items are non-refundable.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received a refund, please contact us at hi@themusocoffee.com.
